TASK
For this week, I continued by colouring the background into a soft pastel purple colour using the solid colour option in photoshop.

After adding the background, I decided to add some shadows using the brush tool in the colour black and using the gaussian blur in the filter option to blend the shadows to make it look natural.

Then, I adjusted the levels of the whole image to my liking in the adjustment window.

After checking some parts, I exported the image into JPEG and here is the result

Description: I decided to combine a hairbrush and a hairdryer, which both are hair products/tools that people use to style their hair, to make a double sided functional hair tool.

REFLECTION
The editing process was pretty easy and it doesn't require a lot of time. I decided to added more adjustments, such as the shadows and adjusting the levels. I also added a solid background colour as well. Overall, I am quite proud of the final results even though it was my first time doing such projects.

The photos that I took are myself, spaghetti, noodles, my hand holding chopsticks, and a plate. I took all of the photos myself using my phone and my desk light to help with some of the lighting.
